Core documents
- CSD registration number, verified
- SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) showing compliant
- B-BBEE affidavit or certificate
- CIPC registration documents, in good standing
- Company profile, relevant experience and references
- Bank confirmation letter; where required, a COIDA Letter of Good Standing and insurance
SBD forms
Every bid pack includes Standard Bidding Documents (SBD forms) — declarations of interest, tax status, B-BBEE claims, past supply chain practices, and more. They must be fully and honestly completed and signed; a blank or unsigned SBD form is an instant disqualifier.
Golden rule
Read the tender’s returnable schedule and submit every item requested, in the format asked. Completeness beats a great price with a missing form.
