How to use

Excel — add all your staff once on the Employees tab, then on the Payslip tab just pick a name from the dropdown: their details, earnings and deductions fill in automatically and PAYE, UIF, Gross & Net Pay calculate for you. Edit the blue cells only.

PDF (fillable) — open it and type straight into the fields. Click New Payslip (top-right) to clear the employee & amounts but keep your company details, or Clear All to start fresh. The reset buttons work in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. In Google Chrome you can still fill in and print — just re-open the blank template for each new payslip.

Add your own logo — in Word or Excel: Insert › Picture. In the PDF: open in Adobe Reader and click the “Your Logo” box to import your logo. Then print or save a PDF for each employee, each month.
